Hi Chad, I’m making a PVP map for my server. I’m including items that I want to have a certain number of damage on them, you know, like let’s say a “half broken stone sword” or something. One problem, wasting up and item takes a long time, and I don’t know how to change the damage on items and armor quick enough! Please help!

The easiest way would be to use the /give command:
/give @p 272 1 75
Where 272 is item ID (stone sword), 1 is the amount and 75 is damage (stone sword durability is 131, so 75 is half damaged)”

Dear Chad

I am busy with making a map. But I need spawners for the map, but I don’t know how to change the mobs in the spawner. Like from a pig to a silverfish-spawner. Can’t you explain that please? Btw I am a huge fan. :D I’ve watched all your vids.

Greetz Joshua

/setblock 243 65 244 minecraft:mob_spawner 1 replace {EntityId: Zombie}

OMG Chad

I am a big fan of your podcast. I play minecraft on my IPod. Can you show how to make nether portals?

Jake.
